AN EKETAHUNA CASE.

HUNTER PLEADS GUILTY.

At the criminal sitting of the Supreme Court in Wellington yesterday, Frederick Hunter, .between seventeen and eighteen years of age, pleaded guilty to several charges of indecent assault on two boys at Parkviile, Eketahuna district, on the 2nd April, 1911. Mr T. V. w;.i ford appeared for prisoner, and made a statement to the Bench on tile prison er'.s antecedents and heredity. The- sentencing of Hunter was postponed till Wednesday. His Honour remarked it was a very sad case.
