TIMARU, Last Night." A young man, named Norman Ramsay, who was arrested in Wellington, peladed guilty to a charge of the .theft of three bicycles from dealers at Temuka, Amberley and St. Albans. Accused was committed for trial. His psactice was to hire a bicycle for an hour, and sell it to a second-hand dealer at prices from 25s to 50s. " '
