Mr Martin Donolme, the Chronicle's special correspondent at R.ome, asserts that Ricciotti Garibaldi has already enlisted 10,000 volunteers, including many Englishmen, to fight for Albania against the Turks. He alleges that a wave of popular enthusiasm for the cau.se is sweeping over Italy.
