BERLIN, May 11
The Bavarian Revenue Department is suing the heirs of the late Ritter Vonkleom, a millionaire member of the Upper House, for £IBO,OOO sterling,; on the ground that for twenty years he valued his property at two or four million marks, whereas its value was really forty millions.
