Colonial Institute's Empire Trad:} a;id Industry Committee has resolved that, in view of the givvo andoty 'regarding ihe effects of reciprocity between Canada aii i tiso United States, the Imperial Conference should re-discuss the question of the uniformity of Trusty obligations within tho Empire. /he Committee also asks that the Conference should consider the growing importance of an uniform Company Law, owing to the increasing tendency of British firms to establish oversea branches, and the increasing popularity of Empire investments.
