THE KNYVETT CASE.
TO-DAY'S COURT MARTIAL. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Last Night. Some alterations have -been made in the members of the Court-Martial, which is to try ex-Captain Knyvett to-morrow. Captain Hamilton is to be replaced by Lieut. C. F. Thornton, N.Z. S.C., late Captain of a Wiltshire Regiment, and Major C. Harcourt Turner, of/the'sth Regiment, Wellington Rifles, will be an extra member. The Court will open at 10 a.m. at the Garrison Officers' Club Room, Mount Cook Drill Hall. The full Court will be as follows:—Colonel E. S. Head, Imperial General Staff (president); Lieut. J. T. Burnett Stuart, Imperial General Staff; Major D. R. Menzies (unattached), late Wellington Garrison Artillery; Major C. Harcourt Turner, sth Regiment Wellington Rifles; Captain A. F. Roberts, B Battery New Zealand Field Artillery, ' Dunedin; Lieut. C. F. Thornton, N.Z. S.C., (late Captain of a Wiltshire Regiment). Colonel J. Rankin. Reed, Judge Ad-vocate-General will also be present. Capt. Dawson, of the College Rifles, Auckland, a lawyer by profession, will act as the accused's friend at the trial.
