WITHOUT A HOME.
By far tin* most interesting Minister who is peregrinating the country at the present moment is the Minister for Jersey Gems and Butter-fat, yclept the Hon. Thomas Mackenzie. Metaphorically, he has not where to lay his political head. In the process of elimination he is Being quietly passed out of the South Island, and, in the sadness of his plight, he is said to be looking for a likely North Island constituency upon which to bestow the light of his isterial countenance. One is almost tempted to ask, "What's wrong with' Master ton?" But, Masterton and Ministers are not playing speaks just now. Besides, ex-Minister Hogg, despite his having kicked over the traces, has given a tentative promise that he will be alright when the division hell rings. And so the political world wags on.
