THREE FURTHER CLAUSES PASSED. Received This Moraine. 12.10 o'clock. LONDON, May 3. A lifeless debate took place in the House of Commons on the Parliament Bill. The third, fourth, and fifth clauses were passed, the closure having been applied. The Ministerialists, except those ;6n the front bench, were silent.
