LONDON, May 3,
His Majesty the King has written the Lord Mayor of London, expressing his gratification that the Guildhall resolutions contained an unanimous view of the supreme and far-reaching importance of tho arbitration question, and that the assemblage was representative of the various religious, political, and social sections of the community.
