TO-DAY'S WEATHER.
NEW ZEALAND FORECAST. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Last Night. The Meteorological Office this evening issued the fullowing summary and forecast: — Barometric pressure has decreased everywhere, but especially in the far north, and high easterly winds and heavy rain has fallen in those parts. Hazy and cloudy weather has spread over the country to-day, with variable winds. Present indications are for! a falling barometer everywhere, and rain in all parts of the country, with rivers rising in the North Island. Easterly winds, strong to gale, will probably prevail northward of Kawhia and Castlepoint, and iuoreasing easterly and northerly winds elsewhere soon.;
