—♦— A correspondent of the Age on Tuesday hit the nail on the head when he suggested that the position of Masterton should not be discussed from the point of view of License or Nolicense. What is wanted in this town are a dozen or more good, patriotic citizens who will strive to secure the material advancement of the community by concerted action in the way ..of establishing local industries and securing increased population in the rural distracts. Let the pessimists, and croakers, and traitors go their way. Every man >who is true to himself and his fellows wall throw in his lot with the progressivists.
