TO-DAY'S WEATHER.
NEW ZEALAND FORECAST. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Last Night. The Meteorological Office this evening issued the following summary and forecast:— Rain has fallen in all parts of the country, and streams have risen generally. The barometer stood at 29.20 at the Bluff on Saturday at midnight, but rose afterwards. The winds are veering by west to moderate to strong southerlies. Snow fell on higher levels in the south. Present indications are for cloudy and unsettled weather generally, misty and showery in parts. The winds will probably be variable, with a change to increasing northerlies, especially in the southern districts. The barometer is unsteady everywhere, and is likely to fall again fast in the south, after about ten hours.
