SEVERE FIGHTING.
ALBANIANS AND REGULARS. UNCONFIRMED REPORTS. (Received April 22, 9 a.m. VIENNA, April 21. A telegram received here from Scutari, Turkey, reports that sanguinary conflicts have taken place between Albanians and Turkish regulars in the Kastrali district. Unconfirmed reports are to the effect that during the fighting 1500 were killed and 600 wounded. To which side the advantage, if any, went has not been stated.
