COMPLIMENTED BY LORD KITCHENER.

Received This Morning, 12.5 o'clock.)

LONDON, April 19,

Lord Kitchener, at the Coronation Review at Leicestershire, said that the Boy Scouts broke class prejudice and promoted comradeship, discipline and resourcefulness.
