HARBOUR BOARD ELECTION.
FOURTH WAIRARAPA CANDIDATE.
A fourth Wairarapa candidate ha* been nominated for the Wairarapa seats on the Wellington Harbour Board, in the person Jol Mr Fred B. Lowes, of Rongomai, Eketahuna. Mr Lowes., who has been farming in the Forty-Mile Bush for a number of years, is a son of the late Mr William Lowes, of Masterton. He is a Director of the Wellington Farmers' Meat Company. 1 i , The nomination' of Mr Lowes was signed by Messrs W. B. Chennells and D. J. Cameron, of Masterton; and Messrs T. Parsons, Chairman of the N.Z. Farmers' Dairy Union, and T. M. Page, of Eketahuna. Nomination s for. the Board- election, which takes place on April 26th, close with the Returning Officer (Mr R. Brown) at noon to-day;
