THE IRISH QUESTION.

(Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) . LONDON, April 15. Sir .Joseph Ward, Prime Minister of New Zealand, interviewed in New York, without trespassing on the domain of English politics, suggested that it was possible that the continued failure of /English .statesmen to find a permanent solution of the Irish question barred the way to a complete Anglo-Saxon unity. Sir Joseph'urged the co-operation of British communities on the Pacific seaboard against tho Asiatic invasion.
