RIFLE SHOOTING.
MASTERTON v. CARTERTON. The Masterton and Carterton Rifles met on the Te Ore Ore range yesterday to try conclusions with, the rifle. Considering the match was fired in a westerly gale the shooting on the whole may be considered very fai. The following scores prove Masterton to have been victorious by 36 points:—
