LONDON, April 11
The Right Hon. W. Runciinan, Minister of Education, addressing the National Liberal Club, said the Veto Bill was feared, not for itself, but because it would mako it possible for Home Rule, educational, licensing, and electoral reforms. The last named was, he : aid, mast feared.- He wante.l the religicus difficulty removed to enable tho country to attend to e'u cation itself, which was linked with ©very ph-.ise of social reform.
