A TOWN SHELLED

CETINJE, April 9
The Albanians, after two days' fighting, resurrounded Kastral and Tushi, and reoccupied all the forts except that at Shipshanik. Montenegro permits Turkish wounded to be transported to Scutari, via Montenegro.

CONSTANTINOPLE, April 9
The rebels are shelling El Sajjeli, in the province of Yemen, with captured Turkish guns.
Ten battalions of troops have been despatched to relievo the town.
HEAVY LOSSES REPORTED

CONSTANTINOPLE, April 10
Fiv» hundred Arabs and 150 Imperial troops were killed at Suianpasha, near Sana ar. The rebels elsewhere were dislodged from their entrenchments, and one hundred were killed.
