Kou.ec .(Clerk to the Ministry for Foreign Affairs), and Pallier (Maimon's secretary), was arrested, ■ charged with the removal of important documents f.om the Foreign office and communicating their contents to a foreign Power,is a Mohammedan, naturalised in England, i The newspaper Matin understands that the documents are of capita! importance to France's safety, and that they were handed to mere than one Power.
