CHURCH SERVICES

In response to a resolution nassed at the Methodist social on Monday evening last, the Rev. C. H. Olds will take the morning and evening services in the Methodist Church at Masterton tomorrow. Mr P. E. Parsons will conduct both services at If uripuni, and Rangif'imau in the afternoon. !

The Rev. A. Hodge has announced for his subject in the Masterton Congregational Church to-morrow, "The Importance of Sin under Grace." and "The Value of Public Worship." Anniversary services in connection with Knox Sunday School. Masterton, will be held in the church to-morrow morning, afternoon, and evening. The preacher will be the Rev. Mr. Standage, M.A., of Wellington. The children and choir, with other helpers, Have boon assiduously practising a special selection of anniversary hymns and anthems for this"'occasion. At the afternoon service the presentation of prizes won by the scholars during the year will be made.

The services at the Salvation Army to-morrow will be conducted by Major Rowley, the newly appointed secretary for the Young Peonies' Work in the North Island of New Zealand. This is tKe major's first visit to Masterton.
