AUCKLAND PLAGUE CASE.
AUCKLAND, Last Night. Nurse Carroll, one of the first muses to volunteer for service th:> present plague outbreak e.-cii'-red three weeks ago, and who has hersoic fallen a victim, rallied somewhat today, and on inquiry at the Hospital this evening it was ascertained that though her condition was still regarded as very critical, there was some improvement. Nurse Carroll has not been long in Auckland, and comes from Queensland, tar relations residing at Rockhampton.
