THE IMPERIAL CONFERENCE.
MR ASQUITH WILL PRESIDE. (Received Last Night, 10.10 o'clock) LONDON, April 5. Lord Lucas, replying to Lord Selbourne, said, that the Right Hon. H. H. Asquith, Prime Minister, would •preside at the opening of the Imperial Conference, and at as many of the subsequent sittings as was practicable. In Mr Asquith's absence, Mr V. Harcourt will preside.
