PLAGUE IN JAVA.

THE HAGUE, April 3
It is officially stated that there have been 46 cases of plague in the of Malang, of which 26 have proved fatal. Reuter's Batavia correspondent states that there is a bubonic plague outbreak in Eastern Java, and that a hundred natives have succumbed to the disease.
