WELLINGTON LAND BOARD

MONTHLY MEETING. , At the monthly meeting of tho Wellington Land Board on Thursday, the following transfers were approved : Pahiatua West V.S.. P. F. Ryan to Mrs M. Ryan ; Block XI, Aohanga, B. Hislop to G. Lassen. The following titles were approved: —Block IX, Tararua, D. Christie, jun. Block X, Aohanga. George Hyde. Block IT, Mount Cerberus, A. Urquhart. Mr A. H. Braithwaite noolied to transfer Section -16, Block YIT. Tararua, to P. E. Knyvett and T. 8. R. Schaw. —Approved under certain considerations. With regard to application for additional land from Mr C. E. Robbie, to whom the Land Board in August, 1910, resolved to allot an additional area, it was resolved to let him apply for .Section 8, Block VILT, Puketoi, 200 acres, on renewable lease at a price to he fixed by the Commissioner under Section 138 of the Land Act. A plan showing proposed road exchange through Section 3. Longbush Settlement, and 40, Blocks YII and YIII, Huangarua S.D., having been submitted to tho Board by the Wairarapa South County Council for their consent to the proposed exchange, it was resolved that the necessary consent be given.
