The ballot for Tamaki sections 1 was held this morning. There was a j large attendance. The total number | of applicants was 413, 89 of whom | were either rejected, withdrawn or I declared infoimal, while 49 were thrown out through non-appearance, leaving 275 to go to the'ballot.
