His Honor the Chief Justice, had before him in Chambers yesterday morning, a petition-, 'presented" by, ■Mr R. K. Jackson on behalf of Alexander MeLeod and others, praying for. the appointment of new Trustees, of-the Dreyerftm Public; _ Hall- property. are' now dead, and those concerned felt the trust-was not iu> on a satisfactory footing. His Honor, on Mr Jackson's application, made an order declaring the trusts, reducing the number.of trustees 'to five, appointing M. C. Marshall, R. D. McKe'nzie, J, •J. Cottle, C. C. Jackson and J. J. Donovan to be the new trustees, .ami vesting the ?property in turn as. joint tenants, without survivorship.
