LONDON, March 28.
In the House of CoKitiions, the Pviiii" .Minister, Mr 'AsqUil.lt, secured the closure onthe Revenue Bill, so that the third reading shall bo taken on Thursday next.
Mr Balfour, Leader of the Opposition, strenuously protested against this, declaring that Mr Asquith had reached the climax of his career as a curtaifer of the liberty of the House of Commons.
