TIMAIiU, Last Night. The weather continues dry,, and the country is much in need of rain. Some sales of wheat have taken place at an advance of 2d, merchants requiring to fill at 3s to 3b Id, at stations. It is understood that the liangitira, takes forty thousand sacks to London, and other shipments will follow. A good deal of wheat was spoiled' by threshing too soon, this being shipped Home for manufacturing, and' brought 2s 9d. Very little is doing in oat?, best selling at 2s Id to 2s 2d delivered. Timaru potatoes are realising ±2 10s
