CONSPIRACY CHARGES.

The charges against E. C Dyason, E. W. Bonwick, and Harold Greenaway, for alleged conspiracy in connection with the Great Chaffinch mine, was continued.
. One- of the»nritnesses,^referring to, a certain share transaction, saidvhe, considered there was nothing dishonourable in "bulling" and "bearing" the share market.
Mr De [Rose, representative of the, Yilgaru Development -Syndi<&ief tailed a conversation he had had with Greenaway in December last, in which the latter expressed the opinion that the mine _ had been ''salted." His reason for holding -this opinion was that specimens taken from a trench contained hornblende, which wa£ not'-present on : the property. : ' }:■: ..-;' ■'. .. ~,'.:.
