LONDON, March 24.
The "Shoe ajid Leather Record" states that Bowron Bros.' liabilfties are £368.920. including Bovrron Bros., Ltd., New Zealand (sc.) £45,180. The assets amount to £130,603. The majority of the creditors held warrants upon the Pheonix wharf against moneys entrusted to Bowron Bros. The wharf is now practically empty.

Ltd., Sydney and New Zealand, that they are in no way connected directly or indirectly with the Bowron Bros., of Bermondsey, details of whose failure were given by the "Shoe and Leather Recoixl" in to-night's cables.
