, The-jury found Senkovitch guilty, with a strong recommendation to mercy, on the ground-that the crime was not premeditated. , \ -- The Judge sentenced Senkovitch to death.
BRISBANE, March 24.
. John Farrington and Peter Tynan have been sentenced to death for the murder of William Tynan, a brother of P_tcr.
