NORTHERN COMPLAINTS

INVERCARGILL, Last Night
In further pursuing the enquiries in regard to the complaints re Bluff oysters, a Southland Times reporter to-day interviewed a district railway traffic manager, who said the trouble was the abnormal spell of hot weather. The train arrangements were identical with those of former years, regarding whiclr no complaint was heard. He maintained that insulated waggons aske-1 for by the oyster jnerchants were aniirelv unsuitable for the conveyance rf ovsters, because the vans are air tight.
