Mr William O'Brien, independent Nationalist M.P. for Cork, in a letter to The Times, says he is deeply gratified with the spirit of conciliation in Mr Redmond's recent speeches, particularly the one concerning the Declaration of London. The Irish nation must exclude no one, whatever race, creed, or class. He begs Mr'Redmond to restore the complete harmony of the Nationalists by circulating conciliatory speeches-among the United Irish League. .. . ' ■
