MEXICO CITY, March 21
Hermosillo is believed to be in danger of a rebel attack. Federal troops have been despatched.
General Madero, an insurgent leader, has announced that he is ready to consider peace proposals. He demands, first, the retirement of President Diaz.
The Minister of Finance, who has arrived at Mexico, denies that any peace overtures are likely to be made with the rebels. He uttered a warning that the continuanoe of the insurrection was likely to cause, international complications.
