HEAVY LOSSES ON BOTH SIDES

BUENOS AYRES, March 20. Severe fighting has taken place, at Villa Rosario.

The Dictator Jara has routed the rebels, killing Dr. Regueline, and capturing other rebel leaders. The Dictator admits that four officers and one hundred of his men were killed. The losses of the rebels are unknown.
