Mis» Richmond, .wJio was bathing near by, gallantly responded, and held him up (till two brothers, named Charters, rushed in and relieved her. of her charge, when she promptly, fainted, in the water, and had -o be carried ashore.'- Tlie boy was revived in about a quarter of an hour, and neither is at all the worse for the experience. ,
