TO STOP TRAFFICKING.
To put a stop to the trafficking in Crown lands, Mr J. T. M. Hornsby would debar any person from drawing a section at more" than one ballot while the Crown lands last. But what would he do with the man with the sisters- and the cousins and the. aunts? All this man would require to do would be to apply in the name of a relative. Besides, Mr Hornsby would impose unnecessary liarships upon a great many people who, from health and other reasons, may require to remove from one district to another. The problem will have to be settled in a much more rational and reasonable way than that proposed by Mi' Hornsby.
