TRIAL OF GAMORISTI.
FEAR OF VENGEANCE

LONDON, March 12,
Router's correspondent states that two Judges have been appointed to preside at the trial at V iterbo, of thirty-eight Camoristi, members of a. branch of the Mala Vita (Evil Life.) They will sit alternately, unless one is unavoidably* absent. The jurymen are to be allowed ,3s 7-J-d daily by the State. Many have come from distant parts. Tlie trial is likely to be a protracted one, extending over a period of •months. Of the forty-two persona originaEy accused one is dead, three are fugitives from justice, and-.two are still freei, -but are being watched. . Great difficulty is 'being experienced in completing the empanelling of a- jury owing to the fear of vengeance by the <J&morristi.
