A MOTION REJEGTED-
"FOR THE LOVE OF GOD."
Received This Morning, 12.30 o'clock March 11. Tho House of Commons rejected Lord Castlereagh's motion to reduce the criminal estimate for Ireland, as a protest against the prejudiced administration of the law. iSir E. Carson supported Mr Redmond, and 1 declared that a campaign was being engineered to show that Ireland was inhabited by uncivilised savages who were fighting each other "for the love of God" The Bight Hon. A. Birr ell protested against the attempt which, was'being made-to -show that Ireland was seething with crime.
