WHAT IS ITS OBJECT?
(Received Last Night; 6.5 o'clock.) NEW YORK, March 10. It is now stated' that the object of the mobilization of the American troops on wie Mexican border is to stop the revolution. Mexico, however, will object to the invasion. The mobilization of troops is almost completed.. , The American forces have been, ordered to maintain a passive attitude in respect to everything except the ipx-eservation of the United States neutrality.
