SIR JOSEPH'S DREAM.
Sir Joseph Ward's continuous dream, is of an Imperial Defence Council, in which all parts of the Empire will be represented on a population basis. He has told of his dream'in Sydney, and a column of it appears in, our cable.news this morning. It 'makes good reading. The idea; is brilliant. An Imperial Defence Counul which could compel New Zealand to provide, say, three Dreadnoughts a year, would satisfyall parties.
