The Naval Estimates are .£'44,392,500. The personnel is increased by 3000 men, ship building and naval armament are increased by £3,250,000. Of the £15,063,877 devoted to new construction, £13,325,000 will be spent in the continuation. of works under construction, and £1,738,645 to new ships. The inew programme includes five battleships, three protected' cruisers, one unprotected, twenty desti'oyers, six submarines, two river gunboats, the destroyer depot .ship, hospital ship. Two battleships!; will- rbe 1 built at Porfomouth ancl Devonport.will have ■three contract®;-... v ■ .. .
