Mr. Beale, the mover of the resolutions, declared that the Church showed indifference to, most public questions: If the' Church had done its duty, to the working classes it would not have been necessary for them to turn to the trades unions and other organisations for relief. He strongly condemned the -inculcating of the spirit of militarism in the children.
