The Meteorological Office this even' ing issued the following summary and forecast:— ; There has been little change in the baroihetric pressure. The weather has been showery in the southern-most districts, and changeable skies are reported generally. Moderate to strong southerly and westerly winds have prevailed, squally about Foveaux Strait. Present indications are for a slowly rising barometer in the south, but little movement in the north. Moderate to strong southerly and westerly winds will probably prevail. The , weather conditions are generally unsettled, promising passing showers in many parts of the country.
