EXTRAORDINARY DIVORCE CASE.

The parties to the ca&-, named' Nielsen, were married, in Denmark in 1866, and afterwards, came to Taranaki. Twenty-three years 'ago ;ths wife ran away with another man. There were' no •children, and after the lapse of all (these yeans the husband seeks a divorce.on the*ground of desertion.. A decree nisi was granted.
