NEW ZEALAND FORECAST. By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, kast Night. The Meteorological Office this evening issued the following summary and forecast:— The wind lias yecred to, a northerly direction in'iijost parts of the country to-day. The weather has been hazy and warmer everywhere. The barometer has risen in the northern districts, but fallen in the south. Present indications are for a falling barometer everywhere, especially "in the south. -Northerly winds will probably increase, and' strong to gale southward of New Plymouth , and Napier. .haziness and cloudiness preceding unsettled weather in most parts of the country, hut chiefly southward of New Plymouth and Napier, where thero are now indications for a change in conditions.
