PRISONERS SENTENCED.
[By Telegraph—Press Association.'} WELLINGTON, Tuesday. Four prisonersx were sentenced by Mr Justice Chapman to-day. Allan James Dix, for breaking, entering, and theft, -got- one year's imprisonment and three years' detention for reformatory purposes; Robert Bell on itwo charges of forgery and uttering, one year's imprisonment and three years' detention; Charles Richard 1 Smith, for theft at Wanganui, one year's imprisonment and three years' detention; Thomas Dookersey, to be detained for twelve months.
