UNREST IN MOROCCO.
A NEW SULTAN WANTED.

TANGIER, March 7. The tribes between Arcayarkebir and Fez are in a state of rebellion. The Sultan has sent regiments of ; troops, of which two were badly cut up and lost tKeir artillery. ' Many were killed and wounded. Th© rebels propose, to proclaim Abdul Aziz Sultan.
