WANGANUI LICENSING COMMITTEE.
WANGANUI, Last Night. At a mooting of the Licensing Committee to-day, ,T. W. Barnes, licensee of the Albion Hotel, was asked to show, cause why his license should, not be cancelled. The police alleged that the house was not kept in clean condition, ami ihat the licensee had allowed drunken men to be found on the premises. The committee adjourned the case for a month to allow the licensee to transfer his lease.
